Course Enrollment and Payment

- ► Payment: Payments for courses are made online through our secure payment gateway. All fees are listed in the relevant section of our website.
- ► Transfer Fees: Any transfer fees incurred during the payment process are the responsibility of the student.
Payment Policy:
- ► Fees for classes must be paid in advance according to the schedule agreed upon between the academy and the client.
- ► Payment can be made via bank transfer or through electronic payment methods approved by the academy.
- ► Payment must be completed before the course starts to ensure a reserved spot for the student.
Delay Policy:
- ► If the student is more than 10 minutes late for the class, the teacher has the right to cancel the class without refunding the fees.
- ► A make-up class can be scheduled if the delay is reported 24 hours before the class time.
- ► If the teacher is late for the class, the student will be compensated with an additional class or a refund of the fees.
Refund Policy
- ► Fees cannot be refunded after the course has started.
- ► Fees can be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the course start date.
- ► Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to ten business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Class Cancellation:
- ► The client can cancel the class 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the cancellation occurs after this period, the fees will not be refunded.
- ► If the class is canceled by the academy, the student will be compensated with a rescheduled class or a refund of the fees.
Conduct and Policies
- ► Non-discrimination: Sister Nourhan Academy does not endorse or promote any political or religious orientation. We aim to teach the Arabic language, the Quran, and Islamic studies in a manner free from political or ethnic bias.
- ► Student Conduct: Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the academy without a refund.
Intellectual Property
- ► Content Ownership: All content provided by Sister Nourhan Academy, including course materials, videos, and other resources, is the intellectual property of the academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
